BI-MOB S.r.l. is an innovative startup specializing in R&D of advanced technologies for optimizing goods mobility within a young, dynamic, and competitive environment.

For our location in Villa San Giovanni, we are looking for an Administrative Manager who will also handle relationship development and secretarial tasks.

The candidate will be responsible for administrative, financial, development, and secretarial activities in close collaboration with the management.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in administrative/economic/management disciplines, has at least five years of experience in the role, excellent communication and relational skills, proficiency in major computer tools, strong organizational skills, and excellent knowledge of English or another language.

Profile completion includes: performance orientation, problem-solving skills, stress management, and a predisposition to teamwork.

For our office in Villa San Giovanni, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing assistance and advice to customers (carriers and shippers) to achieve the best customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting and supporting the matching and negotiation of freight transport through the innovative Etrucknet e-marketplace.
  • Identifying and involving new Italian and foreign transport companies in the network.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has excellent computer skills, and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in both written and spoken English or another foreign language is preferred. Additionally, having at least one year of experience in freight transport companies, in the role of national and/or international traffic employees, is considered a preference.

Other key attributes for the role include excellent interpersonal skills, orientation towards performance, problem-solving skills, and a predisposition to work in a team.

There is an ongoing investment aimed at creating a sustainable ecosystem starting from the prototype of the Etrucknet e-platform, which has recently been acquired. The company aims to be the reference tech company in digital technologies for logistics/freight transport, targeting SMEs involved in the supply chain, in an international context.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager.

We are seeking a candidate with real skills and at least 5 years of experience in the required role, preferably in the logistics and freight transport sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Management and monitoring of all marketing and web marketing activities.
  • Writing and supervision of editorial content.
  • Analysis and monitoring of pay-per-click campaigns.
  • Selection, management, and monitoring of collaborations with external consultants.
  • Coordination of the sales area.
  • Drafting reports and analysis of results.

HARD SKILLS:

  • Experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Master’s degree in marketing or equivalent culture.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and management of social networks and online advertising channels.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google tools (Adv, Analytics, Sem, Seo, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of social media management tools.
  • CRM / Hubspot knowledge.
