As of October 1, 2022, the operational management of Etrucknet transitions to Bi-Mob Srl, the company that has acquired the license with the aim of developing the ecosystem by expanding the services offered.

Etrucknet is a collaborative platform that simplifies the management of road freight transport. Since 2012, over 12,000 companies have benefited from the service, which offers the nearest truck to companies needing to deliver their goods to their destination.

The digital process for the automatic matching between contractors and carriers reveals a high perceived quality: the latest analysis indicated that 96% of customers were fully satisfied with the service.

The estimated turnover for 2022 is 2.5 million euros, a growth of 22% compared to the previous year.

The acquisition by Bi-Mob Srl – an innovative startup based in Milan – opens up new scenarios.

With a significant investment, the B2B all-in-one ecosystem based on artificial intelligence logic will be developed.

The program includes, by 2023, the enhancement of services and the implementation of new features including:

• digitization of the entire supply chain process;
• selective and punctual matching between shippers and carriers;
• fleet monitoring and load visibility.

What changes for transport companies The economic conditions remain unchanged, and only the procedure changes: Bi-Mob Srl will handle the billing and collection of transports; the transport company will invoice Bi-Mob Srl directly for the transport amount.
